Please note that each course has a set of specific pre-requisites. Feel free to contact us for more detailed info on specific requirements, course details, required equipment as well as detailed prices. We conduct most of our courses at GILBOA QUARRY in OH – Midewest’s Premier Dive Site.

NITROX
This is the entry level certification course for recreational divers who choose to use enriched air nitrox (EAN) as a breathing gas. Upon completion of this course you will understand benefits as well as potential hazards of using nitrox. You will be trained in proper procedures for using specific nitrox mixes from 22% to 40% oxygen content.

ADVANCED NITROX
This course is a next step after basic nitrox training. We will teach you about the use of EAN 22 through 100% (oxygen) for optimal mixes to the depth of 130 fsw/ 40 msw .This course does not require a staged decompression.

DECOMPRESSION PROCEDURES
With this course you will be introduced to the theory as well as practices of diving using planned stage decompression. You will learn how to plan as well as perform a standard staged decompression dives up to depth of 150 fsw/45 msw.

EXTENDED RANGE
This course offers a complete training and experience required to fully utilize air dives up to 180 fsw /55 msw that require staged decompression. You will utilize nitrox mixtures or oxygen during decompression.

TRIMIX
This course includes complete training required to proficiently and safely utilize breathing gases containing helium for dives requiring staged decompression to a depth of 200 fsw / 60 msw. Gases used include custom oxygen, helium and nitrogen mixtures as for breathing.

ADVANCED TRIMIX
With this course you will expand your knowledge and experience obtained after completing entry level Trimix certification.
The objective is to train divers in benefits, risks and proper procedures of utilizing custom oxygen, helium and various nitrogen mixtures as breathing gases.
